Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key finance-management topics including cost-benefit analyses, resource planning/controlling, procurement requests, expense processing, accruals, budget tracking, and forecasting.
  • •Ensure project and program governance and continuously develop PMO standards, processes, and quality assurance.
  • •Create, prepare, and ensure the quality of analyses, reports, presentations, and decision documents for the program board and other stakeholder groups.
  • •Drive PMO process improvements and AI initiatives (e.g., MS Copilot) and handle ad-hoc topics in day-to-day operations.
  • •Provide vacation coverage for the Senior PMO, including preparation and support for program board, sounding board, and various meetings/events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on business, IT, or project-related topics, plus several years of experience in a PMO, finance, controlling, or comparable role—ideally in complex IT/transformations.
  • •Strong knowledge of project and program governance, financial planning, project controlling, and forecasting, including clean documentation and tracking of PMO activities.
  • •Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Practical experience with project management tools such as MS Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
  • •Structured, reliable and independent working style with high quality standards; comfortable communicating with stakeholders in clear German and English (C1).
