Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements for aligning large language models across global markets.
  • •Develop data acquisition and production methodologies while monitoring costs and assessing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • •Ensure data quality remains high and continuously improve processes using quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • •Evaluate the impact of data production tools and work with technical teams to enhance tool quality and effectiveness, including identifying and mitigating biases and vulnerabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid understanding of alignment approaches including Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), or experience in moderation, labeling, search quality, or data synthesis.
  • •At least two years of experience as a product manager or product strategist, including process design experience.
  • •Collaborate effectively and advocate for ideas without being overbearing.
  • •Strong interest in LLMs and human behavior/experience/wellbeing.
  • •Maintain strong attention to detail while staying focused on prioritized goals and the bigger picture.
