Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, sustain, and scale planning and distribution capabilities across regions, businesses, and planning roles through training, standards, and measurable maturity uplift.
  • •Own the end-to-end Planning & Distribution capability agenda across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP/S&OE, and up- and mainstream Distribution.
  • •Define and maintain a capability roadmap from systems/process fundamentals to future-ready capabilities, including planning principles and policies.
  • •Lead cross-functional support for the end-to-end Planning Capability program with governance, tracking, and transparent communication.
  • •Leverage digital and (agentic) AI capabilities to optimize existing and new processes, and drive value realization using leading and lagging indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Transformation, or Planning Excellence roles in complex global organizations.
  • •Experience across end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP/S&OE, Distribution) from macro and micro perspectives.
  • •Proven success leading large-scale capability, transformation, or excellence programs from design through adoption.
  • •Expertise in applied AI in Planning and/or Distribution.
  • •Strong lean leadership, structured problem-solving, and early risk management using data and leading indicators.
