Own the end-to-end Planning & Distribution capability agenda across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP/S&OE, from fundamentals to future-ready operations. Define capability roadmaps, principles, and policies; shape organization and roles design; and build a strong Planning Capabilities team. Deliver training and assessments that embed new ways of working, leverage (agentic) AI and digital capabilities to optimize processes, and drive measurable adoption and maturity uplift.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, sustain, and scale planning and distribution capabilities across regions, businesses, and planning roles through training, standards, and measurable maturity uplift.
•Own the end-to-end Planning & Distribution capability agenda across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP/S&OE, and up- and mainstream Distribution.
•Define and maintain a capability roadmap from systems/process fundamentals to future-ready capabilities, including planning principles and policies.
•Lead cross-functional support for the end-to-end Planning Capability program with governance, tracking, and transparent communication.
•Leverage digital and (agentic) AI capabilities to optimize existing and new processes, and drive value realization using leading and lagging indicators.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in Planning, Supply Chain, Transformation, or Planning Excellence roles in complex global organizations.
•Experience across end-to-end planning (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP/S&OE, Distribution) from macro and micro perspectives.
•Proven success leading large-scale capability, transformation, or excellence programs from design through adoption.
•Expertise in applied AI in Planning and/or Distribution.
•Strong lean leadership, structured problem-solving, and early risk management using data and leading indicators.
