Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the People Integration Playbook, standardizing compensation harmonization, leveling, organizational design, benefits integration, and HRIS/payroll transition.
  • •Lead G&A People Integration, directing Day 1 G&A functional reporting and managing pre-close talent assessments and issues from close.
  • •Design and implement strategies to identify key talent, deliver retention packages, and foster cultural alignment to minimize attrition.
  • •Coordinate HR operational readiness for Day 1 and beyond, including offer letter execution, background checks, benefits enrollment, manager talking points, and initial HRIS/payroll setup.
  • •Serve as the primary People Integration liaison across Legal, People Ops, Finance, and business line leadership to drive integration execution.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 1+ years in M&A integration roles focused on people/HR workstreams.
  • •Successfully led complex HR integration projects from diligence through post-close stabilization, including compensation, benefits, and HRIS integration.
  • •Deep expertise in HR regulations and best practices in an M&A context, ideally with exposure to government contracting or classified environments.
  • •Strong analytical skills to translate complex HR data into actionable integration strategies and clear executive communication.
