Provide an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador, building client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice. •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Coach style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while executing personal sales plans and meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing, inventory cycles, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor.
•Assist teammates in functional areas as required and participate in brand initiatives, training, and inclusion activities.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including the ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy, including live-stream shopping/video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support flexible store schedules (nights, weekends, peak season, holidays).
