  • •Independently structure analytical approaches and develop service partner strategies using advanced supply chain and industry knowledge.
  • •Leverage AI tools and process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • •Interpret data to create new processes, strategies, and tools that support supply chain business objectives and improve partner operational performance.
  • •Lead large, cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance to build and maintain a strategic supplier/partner roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Typically 10+ years of work experience in supply chain, operations, and strategic partner management or related strategic business functions.
  • •Experience participating in large-scale transformation, automation, digitalization, or AI-enabled business initiatives.
  • •Demonstrated success coordinating complex cross-functional programs in a global business environment.
  • •Strong supplier/partner relationship management experience, including commercial negotiations and executive stakeholder engagement.
