Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide synchronous and asynchronous art instruction and create engaging learning experiences for students.
  • •Personalize and differentiate instruction based on student mastery and support learning in line with academy policies.
  • •Monitor student progress using Stride K12’s learning management system, maintain gradebooks, and support placement and promotion decisions.
  • •Communicate regularly with students and families/learning coaches, including responding in a timely manner and troubleshooting virtual classroom issues.
  • •Travel occasionally (about once per month/approximately 20%) for face-to-face professional development and student testing.
