Maintain the storage yard and rental facility for construction equipment in Santa Teresa, including inspecting and documenting equipment condition before and after use. Perform routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and inventory system updates, and support safe loading/unloading. Keep the yard and shop clean, maintain a hazard-free workplace with required safety practices, and assist with other duties assigned by the General Manager.

•Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage.
•Document incoming and outgoing equipment.
•Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
•Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment.
•Maintain equipment inventory systems, keep the yard/shop cleanup, and maintain a safe, hazard-free workplace while serving as an advocate for customer experience.
