Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with product measurement/gauging for transfers between tanks, trucks, rail cars, pipelines, and, where applicable, marine vessels under direct supervision.
  • •Learn and assist with valve lineups, switches, and tank changes to move petroleum products safely and efficiently.
  • •Follow safety protocols while working alongside experienced operators to help prevent spills, contamination, and product loss.
  • •Input basic product and operational data into terminal automation systems (e.g., ATLAS, TopTech).
  • •Participate in routine inspections and help record findings to support corrective actions as directed.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Power Plant Operator, Chemical Plant Operator, or related program.
  • •Interest in terminal operations and the energy industry.
  • •Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions.
  • •Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • •Valid driver’s license preferred.
