Deliver online grocery orders to customers from the Coulsdon Customer Fulfilment Centre, ensuring route readiness, safe and compliant van operation, and high-quality customer service. You’ll build rapport with customers, help with shopping as needed, and support the wider CFC team with general shopkeeping tasks. The role includes Night Premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00, plus training provided for the delivery role.

•Check daily delivery routes.
•Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance and health and safety.

•Support the wider CFC team with general shopkeeping tasks when required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 15.98 hourly

Key Requirements

•Hold a full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
•Great customer service skills.
•Be able to meet the physical requirements of the role (e.g., lifting crates, walking up staircases, moving cages).
•Be 18-years or older due to the nature of the role.
•Previous driving experience and knowledge of chilled vehicles are desirable.
