Key Responsibilities

  • •Electrical System Oversight: Overseeing the installation of complex electrical systems in manufactured buildings, ensuring adherence to codes and specifications.
  • •Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems, utilizing your deep expertise to implement effective and long-lasting solutions.
  • •Preventative Maintenance & Optimization: Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to ensure their long-term reliability and optimize performance.
  • •Code Compliance & Inspections: Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant codes and regulations, and conducting inspections to verify adherence to standards.
  • •Blueprint Interpretation & Planning: Interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints, and developing detailed plans for electrical projects.
