Sr Controls Technician

Install, program, and troubleshoot Trane Controls Systems at customer sites. Maintain service contracts by investigating customer concerns, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. Administer and program service contracts, support BAS/Controls project managers with customer quotations, and provide customer training. Document work with maintenance reports and paperwork, review drawings and plans, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage contracted equipment lists while supporting travel, overtime, and weekends as requested.
