Job Summary

Ensure the reliable delivery and continuous improvement of Burberry’s global cloud and infrastructure services. Translate architecture and business needs into secure, scalable operational platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. Partner with architects, security operations, and managed service providers to resolve incidents, manage operational risk, and drive resilience, automation, and cost optimization using Infrastructure as Code. Provide SME support and out-of-hours coverage for critical changes and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery of IT projects with cloud and infrastructure expertise across on-premises and cloud environments.
•Collaborate with architecture teams to develop and implement cloud and infrastructure strategies.
•Resolve cloud and infrastructure incidents, service requests, and technical issues in line with SLAs.
•Provide SME support during major incidents and drive continuous improvement.
•Coordinate BAU infrastructure activities (upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, lifecycle management) and lead cloud cost optimization through automation and IaC.

Key Requirements

•5+ years delivering and supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure in enterprise environments.
•Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS, including secure, scalable IaaS and PaaS solutions.
•Hands-on experience managing VMware environments and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (e.g., HPE SimpliVity).
•Proven experience designing and managing high availability, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
•Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and infrastructure security best practices, including CIS compliance and vulnerability management.
