Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of IT projects with cloud and infrastructure expertise across on-premises and cloud environments.
  • •Collaborate with architecture teams to develop and implement cloud and infrastructure strategies.
  • •Resolve cloud and infrastructure incidents, service requests, and technical issues in line with SLAs.
  • •Provide SME support during major incidents and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Coordinate BAU infrastructure activities (upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, lifecycle management) and lead cloud cost optimization through automation and IaC.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years delivering and supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure in enterprise environments.
  • •Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS, including secure, scalable IaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience managing VMware environments and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (e.g., HPE SimpliVity).
  • •Proven experience designing and managing high availability, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
  • •Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and infrastructure security best practices, including CIS compliance and vulnerability management.
