Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise a team of union front-line workers performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plant systems and equipment.
  • •Ensure compliance with OHSA, NERC, NFPA, and applicable federal, state, and other regulations across design, construction, repair, and operation.
  • •Enforce company safety standards through safety briefings, safe work enforcement, and documented safety observations.
  • •Coordinate repair strategies and maintenance schedules with internal and external departments across OEM equipment, substations, collection systems, vegetation, and related infrastructure.
  • •Administer work management and cost control systems, monitor performance (including SCADA), manage budgets, and review/approve contractor invoices and service reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,600 - 144,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •4+ years of experience in maintenance or a related engineering discipline in power plant, industrial process, or military service.
  • •4+ years supervising in a union environment, familiar with collectively bargained agreements.
  • •Understanding and commitment to maintaining safe work practices for direct reports.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation maintenance procedures; familiarity with SCADA-based monitoring and troubleshooting.
