Job Summary

Senior-level RPA lead responsible for designing and architecting UiPath-based automation solutions, ensuring scalable, secure enterprise deployments. You’ll guide architecture decisions, lead cross-team delivery, and provide pre-sales support, while continuously upgrading to leverage new UiPath features in alignment with client strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and architect the RPA solution using UiPath, ensuring the solution is scalable and extensible
•Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance in UiPath implementations
•Lead in design, specification and selection of RPA solutions with attention to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
•Partner with customers to identify the best customized enterprise-level RPA strategy meeting their requirements
•Provide pre-sales support to the sales team during RFI/RFP and PoC stages, including drafting responses

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a professional senior technical role (e.g. technical lead, team lead or architect), ideally for a system integrator
•UiPath advanced certification completed
•Experience in programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++) and databases (SQL) is a must
•Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences
•Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
