Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret work instructions and operation sheets.
  • •Set up and operate production equipment and measuring devices (e.g., milling/grinding machines, furnaces, calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • •Work from operation sheets, work instructions, part travelers, and oral instruction to set up equipment within the assigned business unit.
  • •Obtain and maintain operator certification to accept/reject parts.
  • •Perform required total preventative maintenance (TPM) and collaborate to resolve machining problems.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma/GED
  • •U.S. citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens are authorized).
  • •Previous manufacturing experience or education or an Advanced Manufacturing Certification
  • •2+ years of machine operator or manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • •Ability to make computations involving decimals and fractions (preferred)
