Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Use metrics to support business strategies and resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
