Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and follow up.
  • •Provide project teams guidance on health and safety, confirming sites meet industry, local, state, and federal requirements.
  • •Plan, implement, manage, and maintain comprehensive environmental safety and health programs at sites.
  • •Collaborate on an Emergency Action Plan and act as primary contact for injury/incident notification, investigation, and case management.
  • •Develop safety policies and procedures, audit safety department claim files, analyze safety statistics, and develop leading/lagging safety indicators.
