Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and commercialization teams while communicating technical recommendations and creating supporting technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and validate power converter and inverter architectures, subcomponents, and performance characteristics for industrial applications.
•Lead analytical and design activities using established power electronics methodologies.
•Develop gate driver designs to optimize performance and reliability of power electronic systems.
•Create fault detection, protection, and signaling schemes to improve diagnostics and fault mitigation.
•Develop advanced power control algorithms and collaborate to validate power section performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
