•Lead end-to-end cost management across real estate development projects
•Act as the primary client contact, ensuring successful project delivery against cost, time, and quality objectives
•Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, procurement, and tender processes
•Oversee post-contract activities including cost reporting, valuations, and change control
•Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting and resource management

Key Requirements

•Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property, or a related discipline; MRICS, AIQS or equivalent professional qualification (or working towards)
•6–11 year's experience in cost management or quantity surveying
•Proven experience delivering consultancy services on real estate or property developments
•Experience leading cost management commissions on medium to large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
•Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
