Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end cost management across real estate development projects
  • •Act as the primary client contact, ensuring successful project delivery against cost, time, and quality objectives
  • •Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, procurement, and tender processes
  • •Oversee post-contract activities including cost reporting, valuations, and change control
  • •Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting and resource management

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Property, or a related discipline; MRICS, AIQS or equivalent professional qualification (or working towards)
  • •6–11 year's experience in cost management or quantity surveying
  • •Proven experience delivering consultancy services on real estate or property developments
  • •Experience leading cost management commissions on medium to large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
  • •Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
