Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and develop treasury team members.
  • •Serve as Treasury leadership representative on cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Support executive capital allocation discussions and analyze growth vs. shareholder returns; recommend improvements to capital structure and WACC.
  • •Lead global treasury cash management (bank account management, compliance, forecasting, excess cash investing) and sources/uses analysis.
  • •Lead global FX risk management strategy and hedge execution, and support M&A funding diligence and integration.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of progressive experience in multinational corporate treasury or similar roles.
  • •At least 2 years managing FX with an established hedging program.
  • •Experience executing capital markets and leading complex treasury initiatives across multiple geographies.
  • •Experience supporting M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
