Loss Prevention Partner

As a Loss Prevention Partner in the Profit Protection team, you’ll help protect profits by investigating shrinkage trends and reporting key themes. You’ll patrol the shop floor to deter potential theft, monitor CCTV for suspicious behaviour, and manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite. You’ll also act as a point of contact for profit protection issues, de-escalate conflict professionally (including detaining or banning when needed), and support investigations with training and coaching for fellow Partners.
