Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct regular analytical audits of human moderation to ensure compliance with data protection and Trust & Safety standards while meeting audit targets.
  • •Perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues using RCA to identify error patterns and translate findings into actionable feedback for operational guidelines.
  • •Interpret and apply safety guidelines for complex or high-risk cases, validating “golden sets” to guide enforcement accuracy.
  • •Lead calibration sessions for consistency across moderation teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on global quality goals.
  • •Lead or support training rollouts for policy and operational guideline updates and prepare weekly/monthly technical reporting using QA dashboards and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise conducting analytical audits and tracking quality/performance targets while maintaining data integrity in trust & safety, compliance, or high-volume operational environments.
  • •Strong Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills to identify trend patterns and recommend process optimizations that reduce error rates.
  • •Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs to make expert judgments on complex or high-risk escalation cases.
  • •Excellent cross-functional communication to lead calibration sessions and deliver training with BPO and internal teams.
  • •Fluency in Lithuanian for local content/stakeholder work and fluency in English as the primary working language.
