Job Summary

Support delivery of structural engineering projects as part of a team under supervision of senior engineers. Perform hands-on design calculations and modeling (ETABS, SAFE) to meet technical and quality standards, contribute to technical excellence across projects, and collaborate with WSP teams to ensure timely delivery in Bengaluru, India.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist senior engineers in carrying out design calculations and prepare draft design solutions for review.
•Contribute to technical analyses and QA processes across projects to ensure compliance with standards.
•Organize and coordinate design activities and document control related to structural deliverables.
•Prepare elemental work for project budget costing and assist in resource planning for the team.
•Collaborate with project teams to communicate progress, risks, and design issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
•4+ years of hands-on structural engineering experience
•Hands-on experience with ETABS and SAFE software
•Strong technical and quality delivery mindset
•Good communication and teamwork to support project delivery
