Job Summary

Own end-to-end direct procurement follow-up for material deliveries with suppliers, finance, clearance, QC, production, stores, and freight forwarders. Request proforma invoices, coordinate advance payments and LC setup, manage MOH permits and UAE customs clearance, review shipping documentation, and arrange pre-shipment samples. Update SAP PO and inbound delivery records, execute pending PO reports, and support purchase report creation with IT.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow up material delivery with suppliers and internal stakeholders, acting as forwarding agent and performing SAP-related tasks.
•Manage payment and documentation workflows, including proforma invoices, advance payments, LC setup, and supplier/shipping document handling.
•Coordinate MOH permits and UAE customs clearance by reviewing registration documents, submitting for permits, and tracking approval status.
•Support QC and production by arranging pre-shipment samples, submitting them for QC analysis, and providing feedback based on results.
•Coordinate with supply chain and logistics by maintaining stock position follow-ups, handling ETA/ETD updates, sending RFQs to freight forwarders, and negotiating shipping terms.

Key Requirements

•4 years Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
•At least 5-6 years of experience in pharma/health care/medical industry procurement.
•Handled similar procurement specialist role for strong fitment.
•Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
•Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.) and experience with purchasing software (e.g., Procure or Spend Map).
