Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop technical strategy and learning plans to support projects within the Taste Elevation innovation pod.
  • •Lead iterative product/pack/process development from early prototyping through scalable plant trials.
  • •Drive rapid experimentation to validate assumptions, refine features, and support feasibility testing and specifications.
  • •Provide guidance to scale up from bench to plant trials and support test market launches with in-market validation and supply chain considerations.
  • •Generate and execute IP strategies and guide the team on feasibility, development, processing, quality, safety, operations, and regulatory requirements while applying Agile methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in a relevant field (Chemical, Biological, Packaging Engineering/Science, Materials Engineering, Food Science/Engineering, Consumer Science) or related area.
  • •Minimum 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s, 7 years with a Master’s, or 6 years with a PhD.
  • •Extensive experience commercializing food or consumer products end-to-end, from concept to launch and validation.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguity into concrete technical plans and testable hypotheses.
  • •Experience with Agile ways of working, strategy, and mentoring junior scientists through hands-on collaboration.
