Partner with GTM leadership as the embedded strategic finance leader, owning ARR forecasting, capacity planning, investment allocation, and ROI. •Serve as embedded finance business partner to GTM leadership, operating with day-to-day business rhythms.
•Develop GTM engine expertise to identify risks and opportunities and ground recommendations in data-driven insights.
•Provide financial guidance shaping GTM strategy, including new initiatives, resource allocation, and investment tradeoffs.
•Leverage AI to evolve ARR forecasting models and deepen insights into business drivers like sales productivity, pipeline generation/conversion, and retention/expansion.
•Lead GTM capacity planning and headcount forecasting for long-range plan, annual budget, and quarterly reforecasts, ensuring alignment across GTM, RevOps, Finance, and People.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, GTM Finance, investment banking, consulting, or related finance in high-growth technology or SaaS.
•Proven experience serving as a senior finance partner to executive GTM leaders, influencing strategy, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
•Deep ownership of GTM finance processes including forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, headcount/capacity planning, and performance analysis.
•Strong command of SaaS and recurring revenue metrics, translating complex data into clear, executive-ready insights (usage-based model experience is a bonus).
•Success solving ambiguous, unstructured business problems and building scalable financial frameworks, operating cadences, and decision-support models.
