Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer quality issues (internal and external) for products.
  • •Extract and analyze data to support risk assessment for suspect or non-conforming material.
  • •Engage downstream partners to manage excursions and down-stream investigations and respond to issues.
  • •Partner with other organizations to proactively improve quality and reliability performance, including meeting end-of-line-hold metrics and MRB inventory goals.
  • •Identify and lead projects to improve detection and containment of potentially discrepant or unreliable material, and support certification/ramp for new technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in a specialized field such as Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
  • •At least 6 months of experience with manufacturing processes, semiconductor fabrication, and quality assessment methodologies.
  • •Experience with excursion management, reliability fundamentals, or problem-solving techniques.
  • •Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab.
  • •Strong communication and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence quality outcomes.
