Job Summary

Ensure quality control of the biological wastewater system by monitoring equipment and process performance to meet State EPD regulatory requirements. Perform preventative and routine maintenance on pumps and related mechanical components, operate pumps and chemical feed equipment, and measure wastewater chemicals while reporting variances. Maintain clean work areas and facilities, follow all safety and compliance policies, and fill in during emergencies with support from other operators.

•Perform preventative and routine maintenance on pumps, motors, electrical components, and related systems.
•Measure and monitor wastewater chemicals and report variances to appropriate personnel.
•Operate pumps, dewatering equipment (tanker), compressors, and chemical feed equipment.
•Maintain housekeeping for tools, equipment, facilities, and grounds and support other duties/emergency coverage.

•Valid Driver’s License with a demonstrated safe driving record.
