Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day wafer sort execution across OSATs to ensure stable operations during NPI.
  • •Own wafer sort yield excursions, test failures, and fallout, driving end-to-end technical debug.
  • •Lead failure triage, root cause analysis, and corrective actions spanning equipment, test program, probe card, and process.
  • •Ensure tester and test program readiness; validate test configurations, limits, and content prior to deployment.
  • •Serve as the technical escalation owner for wafer sort issues and communicate root cause, impact, and recovery plans to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,317,750 - 1,882,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Robust background in ATE hardware development, preferably Advantest 93K.
  • •Strong experience in wafer sort and OSAT operations.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional technical debug, issue resolution, and failure triage.
  • •Knowledge of yield analysis and test readiness, including statistical analysis techniques.
  • •Proficiency with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems and strong written/verbal communication.
