Job Summary

Ensure operational excellence and platform hygiene across all e-commerce channels in the Philippines. You’ll coordinate warehouse operations for accurate, timely fulfillment, partner with Customer Service to resolve issues and meet SLA standards, run daily platform and site integrity checks, and reconcile data across platforms and SAP. You’ll also track enabler KPIs, maintain daily sales/performance reporting, and support investigation and resolution of order, fulfillment, or system discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate warehouse operations to support accurate, timely e-commerce fulfilment
•Partner with Customer Service teams to ensure issue resolution, SLA adherence, and customer experience quality
•Track and monitor enabler KPIs and SOP adherence, flagging risks and gaps proactively
•Perform regular site integrity checks (including SIS UI/UX, content accuracy, and functionality) and conduct daily platform checks across channels
•Ensure data accuracy and system alignment between platforms and SAP, update daily sales/performance reports, and support resolution of order/fulfilment/system discrepancies

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or customer operations
