Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, monitor, and update the owners’ Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
  • •Establish schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Consolidate contractor schedules into the IMS; assess critical path and near-critical impacts and report to the project team.
  • •Apply EVM methodology to measure progress; monitor schedule deviations/variances, support corrective action, and provide recurring schedule progress reports and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
  • •Direct experience working in teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
