Senior Cost Manager - Healthcare Construction

Act as the primary client interface, delivering value-added cost management across complex healthcare, academic, and biopharma construction projects. Own cost estimates and detailed cost plans through design and construction, lead change order management, and produce monthly cost reports with forecasts and variance analysis. Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams, and provide commercial input for value engineering, optioneering, and robust cost validation in regulated environments.
