Job Summary

Support safe, efficient, and reliable production by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment at the Lincoln, Nebraska plant. Work on food processing and packaging equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and utility systems, calibrate instrumentation, assist with line changeovers and startups, and complete maintenance documentation while meeting safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, repair, modify, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment across production lines.
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, and electrical systems.
•Troubleshoot equipment and systems to minimize downtime and support safe, efficient production.
•Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation including temperature recorders, transducers, and electronic scales.
•Support production line changeovers, equipment startups, and line modifications, and complete required maintenance documentation.

•Willingness to continue technical education through courses, training, and seminars as needed.
•Commitment to following safety, food safety, quality, uniform, and personal protective equipment policies.
