Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a full-stack Growth Pod, owning the team’s roadmap, health, and what it delivers.
  • •Drive a rapid experimentation cadence and guide data-driven decisions on what works best.
  • •Shape team culture and processes, including developing and coaching the engineers you manage.
  • •Stay hands-on in day-to-day technical work by reviewing PRs, weighing in on architecture, and diving into details when needed.
  • •Report directly to the VP of Engineering and directly drive the work to achieve an ambitious roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Managed a team of at least three engineers for more than a year.
