Key Responsibilities

  • •Log, categorize, and prioritize change requests in line with ITIL change management processes.
  • •Assist with assessment of change requests by gathering information and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • •Ensure change documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards.
  • •Coordinate change schedules, maintain a Forward Schedule of Change, and support CAB agendas/records.
  • •Chair weekly CAB meetings, track change progress in ITSM tools, and escalate issues or delays to the Lead Analyst.
