Bond Redemption - Operations Processor

Provide cross-functional production support within Operations Services, executing routine tasks across multiple operational systems. Handle payment-transaction and claim-processing activities such as data entry, archiving, research, and troubleshooting, while partnering with internal teams and interacting with 3rd-party vendors and/or external customers. Review exceptions, resolve issues through data interpretation, escalate as needed, and help implement processing improvements. This role requires on-site work at a U.S. Bank location.
