Drive NOCD’s growth in the Northern California market by building face-to-face relationships with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems. Educate providers on ERP therapy for OCD and challenge outdated referral habits through insight-led conversations. Map and execute a high-autonomy territory plan to meet monthly patient quotas and expand NOCD provider partnerships. Base + commission role with comprehensive benefits and significant travel within your assigned territory.

•Be the face of NOCD in your community by opening doors and building lasting relationships with behavioral health providers and health systems.
•Meet face-to-face with healthcare providers to educate them on ERP therapy and challenge outdated referral habits.
•Use data and deep industry knowledge to have high-impact conversations about how NOCD fits into providers’ ecosystems.
•Map and strategically plan your territory to maximize impact and reach targets.
•Drive results by translating monthly patient quotas into increased access to specialized OCD care.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually
