  • •Own the design, build, and maintenance of data models and pipelines for CX operations, compliance reporting, and customer insights.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related analytics role, with hands-on building and maintaining data pipelines and models.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt, Airflow, and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Databricks.
  • •Experience with data modeling concepts like dimensional modeling and star/snowflake schemas, and building trusted, well-documented data products.
  • •Familiarity with BI/visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau, including building dashboards and self-serve analytics solutions.
  • •A track record partnering with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions, including customer experience, operations, or compliance contexts.
