Job Summary

Lead small- to medium-scale proposal pursuits for the advisory business line, from early capture through client interviews. Conduct detailed RFP/RFQ analysis, build compliance matrices, and manage proposal schedules and win themes. Coordinate proposal content with technical and business teams, develop marketing materials, and support Pink/Red Team reviews and debriefs. Produce and edit proposal content using Adobe InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint, while performing quality control and mentoring junior proposal staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead small- to medium-size proposals from capture through the interview phase, with limited supervision and support for larger pursuits as needed.
•Perform detailed RFP/RFQ analysis and develop compliance matrices to address all client requirements.
•Develop and manage proposal schedules, coordinating milestones and deadlines for timely, compliant submissions.
•Coordinate proposal content development (outlines, templates, and content plans) and collaborate with technical teams for cohesive messaging.
•Lay out proposals in InDesign, perform high-level editing, facilitate Pink and Red Team reviews, and support interview preparation, debriefs, and go/no-go decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience collaborating with a marketing team to lead and/or support proposal activities, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Working knowledge of proposal and presentation strategy, including organization, writing, production, and marketing best practices.
•Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and complex deliverables with attention to detail.
•Experience using AI and data analytics tools to analyze market and client trends.
