Job Summary

Provide expert technical leadership for complex engineering projects, acting as a subject matter expert and driving technical excellence. You’ll support secure customer data exchange, installation and troubleshooting, and infrastructure support for data connectivity systems. Monitor multiple projects, manage customer meetings, and support project team members while working with technologies including Azure, REST APIs, SQL, Python, Kafka, and MQTT.

•Provide expert technical leadership for design and development of complex engineering projects.
•Act as a subject matter expert to drive technical excellence.
•Ensure secure data exchange with customers and support customer-specific data connections and artifacts management.
•Perform installation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure support for data connectivity components such as PHD and CHC.
•Monitor multiple projects and support customer meetings and project team members.

Key Requirements

•B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics or Software Engineering.
•8+ years of experience in data connectivity and cloud technology.
•Strong knowledge of data connectivity software such as PHD, OSI PI, InfluxDB, and CHC.
•Proficiency in secure data exchange from customers.
•Knowledge of cloud technology and integration with Azure; plus working knowledge of related data/integration technologies (e.g., Kafka, MQTT).
