Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute design, development, and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuits for flash memory (charge pumps, voltage regulators, sense amplifiers, memory interfaces).
  • •Analyze and review circuit architectures to optimize performance, power, and area (PPA).
  • •Drive assigned technical tasks addressing scaling, performance, and reliability challenges for flash.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with layout, process, test engineering, and product teams to meet system-level requirements.
  • •Identify and mitigate design risks to ensure robust circuit performance under PVT variations, and present technical updates and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design with embedded flash development concepts.
  • •Hands-on experience owning key circuit blocks and working on complex designs.
  • •Deep understanding of NVM/embedded flash operation principles, including programming, reading, and reliability considerations.
  • •Proficiency with analog building blocks and design/simulation tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, SPICE, extraction tools).
