  • •Manage end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canada.
  • •Oversee payroll accounting and payroll delivery across AMER, EMEA, and APAC in partnership with regional payroll teams.
  • •Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canada payroll-related tax, benefits, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • •Partner with HR on new hires, terminations, compensation changes, leaves of absence, and payroll policy interpretation.
  • •Coordinate payroll-related audits and manage 401(k) true-up calculations, reconciliations, and funding activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience processing payroll in UKG (or similar enterprise payroll system).
