Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •Coordinate resolution of client issues and communicate steps taken to resolve requests or problems.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of governing documents and account agreements; manage service changes and transactions.
  • •Oversee action plans and execution for client servicing events (account set-up/status, document requests, and follow-up) with regular client communication.
  • •Serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor; may supervise day-to-day work of junior employees while engaging Trust Advisory and support teams in servicing events and reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Coordinate fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services and products.
  • •Knowledge of internal bank trust functions and the account acceptance and annual account review process.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication.
  • •5-7 years of experience in financial servicing (or relevant experience/credentials); technical/system knowledge (e.g., PeopleSoft) required.
