Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide service for a portfolio of accounts with client advisory and servicing.
  • •Multinational client servicing – collaborate with overseas Aon Offices to service local operations of multinational companies and optimize client’s global insurance program.
  • •Review insurance program performance, perform claims analysis and offer risk improvement recommendations where possible.
  • •Set service scope and fee according to AGCN guidelines and tools; ensure policy administration, invoicing and collection are carried out accurately and timely.
  • •Achieve organic business growth target within existing portfolio and participate in winning new clients.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor Degree or Diploma; ACII would be advantageous.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 of which in the Singapore insurance industry.
  • •Independent, proactive, efficient, adaptable to changes.
  • •Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
