Software Engineer II, Customer Lifecycle Engineering

Build and evolve systems on the Customer Lifecycle team that power measurement, monetization, and optimization of the customer journey end-to-end. Partner with Finance Systems, Analysts, Data/ML, Product, and Platform teams to turn lifecycle data into reliable insights and scalable billing capabilities. Develop data models and dimensional schemas, design data pipelines and integrations with external systems, and support reporting metrics through testing, code reviews, and best-practice engineering.
