Key Responsibilities

  • •Own portfolio revenue performance and set growth plans for each site, including sales, covers, average spend, and revenue mix.
  • •Generate and scale commercial ideas (concepts, menus, offers, events, partnerships/activations) using a test-and-learn approach, and lead menu engineering and pricing architecture.
  • •Lead day-to-day operations across the portfolio by holding General Managers/Ops Managers accountable for performance, standards, compliance, and recovery plans for underperforming sites.
  • •Design and implement F&B consultancy projects for clients (feasibility, deliverables, gap analysis, mystery dining/KPIs/insights, and structured handover into operating teams).
  • •Maintain operating standards, SOPs, audits, compliance/licensing, and guest service quality, including guest feedback management and H&S/cleaning/maintenance oversight.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •A minimum of 10 years in the food services industry, including at least 5 years at Operations Director or equivalent multi-site leadership level.
  • •Proven experience running a multi-unit/multi-venue portfolio with demonstrable P&L ownership and revenue growth outcomes.
  • •Strong revenue and margin instincts, including menu engineering, pricing, promotions, and yield management.
  • •Leadership ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple locations, with excellent communication skills.
  • •A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in hospitality management, culinary arts, business or a related field; fluent written and spoken English (second language is an advantage).
