Chief Information Security Officer

Own and evolve the enterprise information security and risk management program, driving security across incident response, application security, threat intelligence, monitoring, and product security. Establish SOX-compliant internal controls and maintain CPRA compliance, accountable to audit and regulatory requirements. Lead a distributed security organization and serve as the primary security voice to the Board, regulators, investment partners, and external customers, partnering with Engineering and Product to embed secure-by-default practices across Compass’s platform.
