Use social listening and communications measurement to turn PlayStation audience signals into clear insights for Global Content Communications. Own social performance reporting across key content and stakeholders, analyze sentiment and conversation trends, define metrics and reporting frameworks, and build analytical models to uncover patterns and risks. Partner with PR, PlayStation Studios, and cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready dashboards and recommendations, including AI-assisted workflow improvements.

•Lead owned social performance reporting for SIE priority content across PlayStation channels for internal and external stakeholders.
•Conduct social listening and sentiment analysis to understand how PlayStation is discussed over time and in real time.
•Define and refine business metrics and reporting frameworks; build analytical models and generate predictive insights.
•Analyze large datasets across social, sentiment, web, and communications to identify patterns, themes, risks, and opportunities.
•Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and presentations; support post-mortem learning and planning.

•Proficiency in analytics and data visualization/storytelling using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
•Advanced expertise in social media analytics and social listening platforms, working with unstructured social conversation data.
