Job Summary

Lead the strategy, growth, and commercial performance of the Maintenance agronomics portfolio, spanning fertilizer, seed, equipment, ice melt, and pest control. Own category P&L outcomes, build multi-year category roadmaps, and drive assortment, SKU/brand rationalization, and private brand strategies. Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams across pricing, supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and field leadership to expand market share and improve margin and EBITDA performance.

•Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with growth objectives.
•Build and maintain a category roadmap to drive sales growth, margin expansion, and market share gains.
•Manage assortment strategy, product line reviews, and SKU/brand rationalization to improve profitability and inventory productivity.
•Develop supplier relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and use supplier scorecards to drive improvement.
•Own category P&L (sales, gross margin, inventory productivity, EBITDA) by leading operating plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance monitoring.
